MACP, Registered Psychotherapist
Everyone faces problems, sometimes they’re small, and sometimes they’re big. Most of the time we can deal with these problems on our own or with a friend, family member, or co-worker. Sometimes, we just don’t seem to be able to work through these issues on our own and that’s when it makes sense to speak with a professional.
I take a generalized approach to helping people deal with their problems with treatment tailored to the specific needs of the individual. Treatment is not a one size fits all and what works for you may not work for another. Using a client-centered approach, I will listen and understand your problem(s) and work towards a solution in a non-judgemental way.
I use a combination of psychodynamic, attachment theory, CBT, solution focused, DBT, and mindfulness-based interventions to achieve desired goals and outcomes. While being able to assist you with any life challenges or issues you may bring to therapy, I specialize in several areas including anxiety, depression, addiction, self-esteem, life transitions, relationships & intimacy, stress management, and trauma.
